Inspired by the Singapore's coral reefs which are not only a beautiful natural wonder but also a vital ecosystem that supports an incredible diversity of marine life.

These reefs, found mainly around the Southern Islands, are facing increasing threats due to climate change, pollution, coastal development, and overfishing. Rising sea temperatures and ocean acidification stress the corals, leading to bleaching and their eventual death.

Pollution from urban runoff and coastal construction can smother reefs with sediment and harmful chemicals. As Singapore continues to develop and expand, these delicate ecosystems are increasingly vulnerable.

Conservation efforts are crucial to protect and restore these reefs, as they provide a habitat for numerous marine species and play a crucial role in protecting the coastline from erosion. Public awareness and stringent environmental policies are essential to ensure the preservation of Singapore's precious coral reefs for future generations.
